What happens to unused codes?

Any code that hasn't been redeemed can be deleted from the admin dashboard, and the credits return to the pool. You only pay for what's actually used.

Can a department admin see other departments?

No. Department admins only see and manage their own department's credits, members, and spaces. Org admins see everything.

Can we whitelist or block specific AI models?

Yes. From the org settings you can enable or disable any of the 100+ models per organization (or per whitelabel). The whole team's access updates instantly.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Pricing is purely credit-based. Add as many team members as you want — you only pay for the AI usage they generate.

Can I rebrand the app for our team?

On the Whitelabel tier, yes — custom domain, logo, colors, login URL. On Standard/Department tiers, the app is Kolbo-branded but team members log in to your dedicated organization workspace.
