Unlimited Terms
Supplemental to the Terms of Service · Version 2026-09-09
These Supplemental Unlimited Terms form part of, and are incorporated by reference into, the Kolbo Terms of Service. They apply in addition to those Terms whenever you use the feature described below. Where these Supplemental Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a matter specific to Unlimited, these Supplemental Terms govern. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
In short
This is a plain-language summary. The numbered sections below are the binding terms.
- On eligible plans, selected models cost you no plan credits in the Kolbo web app.
- Which models, resolutions and durations are included is shown in the app before you generate. Anything outside that is priced in credits, and you see the price first.
- Unlimited runs in its own queue, so it can be slower when demand is high. We do not promise a completion time.
- Heavy use makes your generations slower, never blocked. There is no daily cap, and we do not take Unlimited away from a genuinely paid account.
- Each offer runs for a set period that starts once and does not restart when you renew, upgrade, or resubscribe.
- Unlimited is a promotional benefit, not a permanent plan feature. Included models can change or end.
- It is for personal use in the web app. API, SDK, MCP, Kolbo Code, Flow, App Builder, shared projects and organizations use credits.
- Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
1. What Unlimited is
Certain individually paid consumer subscriptions may receive temporary access to a feature called Unlimited. Unlimited allows an eligible subscriber to submit eligible requests in the authenticated Kolbo web application without using plan credits for those requests.
Unlimited does not mean unlimited provider capacity, immediate generation, constant speed, a fixed number of daily generations, or access to every model, mode, resolution, duration, quality, tool, or feature. Eligible models, settings, access windows, and availability are shown in the product before submission and may differ by subscription plan and billing cadence.
2. Where Unlimited applies
Unlimited is available only on eligible personal plans in the authenticated Kolbo web application, in a personal project billed to your own subscription. It is not available through:
- the API, SDK, or MCP;
- Kolbo Code, Flow and Flow Builder, App Builder, generated applications, or internal automated tool calls;
- shared projects, shared workspaces, organizations, teams, or enterprise plans;
- organization, team, or enterprise funded balances.
Requests made through those surfaces are charged in credits at the price shown before submission, unless Kolbo expressly states otherwise in writing. Where a project uses shared credits, only the project owner generating for themselves may use their own Unlimited entitlement; collaborators use the shared credit balance.
3. Temporary model access
Each Unlimited model or campaign has a defined access period, shown in the product where available. One model may have a different access period from another, and an access period may also be limited by the end of your verified paid subscription entitlement.
Kolbo may add, remove, pause, replace, or change eligible models and settings to address provider availability, safety, legal obligations, technical capacity, economics, abuse, or product quality. Unlimited access is an evolving service entitlement, not a purchase of access to any named third-party model for the entire subscription term. Unless an applicable order form expressly states otherwise, no model, provider, feature, resolution, duration, output quantity, quality level, generation mode, queue position, concurrency level, or promotional access period is guaranteed to remain available for any minimum period. A label, launch announcement, countdown, plan comparison, or prior availability does not create a perpetual entitlement after the stated access period ends.
Unlimited is a promotional benefit, not a permanent feature of any plan. An Unlimited offer may be reduced, replaced, or ended entirely, including during a paid subscription term, and doing so is not a failure to deliver the subscription you purchased. Your subscription, plan credits, and credit-paid access are unaffected and continue for the remainder of the paid term.
Kolbo may use a replacement model or feature where reasonably appropriate, but does not promise that a replacement will have identical capabilities, outputs, provider identity, speed, cost, or technical characteristics. Kolbo may immediately pause or remove access where required by law, a provider, security, safety, suspected infringement, sanctions, abuse prevention, system integrity, or an event outside Kolbo's reasonable control.
4. Queue and processing
Unlimited requests may enter a fair use queue and run separately from credit-paid work. Queue time varies with demand. Kolbo does not promise an estimated completion time. Credit-paid work retains reserved processing capacity.
Kolbo will never silently convert an Unlimited request to credit mode. For an eligible queued request the product may offer an explicit choice to keep waiting or to use the displayed number of credits; credits are reserved or charged only after you make that choice and the server accepts it.
A limited number of Unlimited generations may run at the same time per account, and the applicable limits are shown in the product. Kolbo may apply per-account or service-wide safeguards, including slower processing, dedicated queues, rate limits, rolling usage thresholds, concurrency limits, cooldowns, eligibility restrictions, capacity allocation, provider-specific limits, and suspension of affected modes. These controls may vary by plan, account, model, provider, setting, geography, payment status, demand, usage pattern, safety status, and service health, and need not be identical between users or constant over time, provided Kolbo does not discriminate unlawfully. Unlimited does not guarantee any minimum queue time, priority, latency, throughput, concurrency, daily volume, completion rate, uptime, provider capacity, or successful output. Progress indicators are informational and are not service-level commitments.
5. Eligibility and account status
Unlimited requires an active, verified, individually paid subscription and an eligible personal project. Eligibility may stop immediately after payment failure, refund, dispute, chargeback, expiration, an ineligible plan change, withdrawal of required consent, or a verified security or abuse event.
Cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period preserves access until that verified paid period ends, bounded by the model's own access period. Resubscription, renewal, upgrade, page refresh, or account switching does not restart an access period that has already started or expired unless Kolbo expressly assigns a new eligible campaign.
6. Fair use and prohibited conduct
You may continue to submit eligible work, subject to queues, safety rules, technical capacity, and these Terms. Kolbo does not apply a fixed daily generation cap to Unlimited, and usage alone will never permanently remove Unlimited from a genuinely paid account. Sustained heavy use may make your own generations slower, in proportion to the processing cost of the work submitted, and that pacing eases as recent usage falls away. Slower processing is the only consequence of heavy legitimate use. This does not limit the abuse, fraud, safety, legal, and payment provisions below, which are separate from ordinary heavy use.
You may not automate submissions in a way that bypasses product controls, share credentials, resell access, operate account farms, coordinate promotional abuse, manipulate payment state, evade queues, replay requests, misrepresent identity or project ownership, or interfere with capacity controls. Multiple genuinely paid accounts may be used normally, subject to the same rules.
Kolbo may monitor usage and apply proportionate safeguards where it reasonably believes activity is automated, coordinated, excessive for normal individual human use, technically harmful, fraudulent, unlawful, intended to bypass controls, or materially harmful to Kolbo, its providers, its infrastructure, or other users, and may limit or suspend Unlimited, a model, a generation mode, or the affected account while reviewing. Where required by law, Kolbo will provide notice, a meaningful review process, and an appeal or support route. To detect and prevent abuse of Unlimited, Kolbo may process ordinary account, device, network, and payment-relationship signals, as described in the Privacy Policy. Where an automated control restricts a request, you may ask for human review through support. You remain solely responsible for holding all rights, permissions, licences, consents, and lawful bases needed for each input and each intended use of each output, and the Acceptable Use Policy continues to apply in full.
7. Credits and credit balances
An Unlimited request does not deduct, reserve, refund, transfer, or mutate credits. A zero credit deduction alone does not establish that a request was Unlimited.
One-time credit packs, redemption credits, organization credits, enterprise credits, and team credits retain their own treatment and are not affected by Unlimited. Plan credits roll over up to three monthly plan grants. A balance already above that level is never reduced; no further plan grant is added while the balance is at or above it; and when the balance falls below it, a grant may bring it up only to that level. Annual subscriptions accrue one monthly grant at a time and roll over on the same basis.
8. Provider availability and failures
Generative models depend on third-party providers, which may reject, fail, delay, or discontinue a request. Kolbo may pause an affected model while other eligible models remain available. A provider-accepted request that fails after processing may be recorded as a failed request without charging credits. Kolbo will not silently route an Unlimited request to a different, unpriced, or more expensive provider; an unsupported or unavailable request stays credit-only or unavailable, as shown before submission. Third-party provider terms, acceptable-use policies, safety restrictions, geographic availability, and technical limits may apply and may change independently of Kolbo; where a provider rule is more restrictive for a model, the more restrictive rule governs.
9. Changes
Kolbo may revise these Supplemental Terms, its policies, plans, prices, credit schedules, Unlimited entitlements, and technical safeguards from time to time. Operational, security, provider, legal, safety, abuse-prevention, and bug-fix changes may take effect immediately where permitted by law. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will receive the notice, consent, cancellation option, or renewal-only treatment required by applicable law, and price increases for an existing paid term do not apply before its next renewal unless you expressly agree or applicable law permits otherwise. The current version and effective date are posted here. No update retroactively authorises conduct that was prohibited when it occurred, and no update removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Refunds and cancellation
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written offer, subscription fees, renewals, upgrades, and credit purchases are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not create a refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement for the current term.
An Unlimited generation counts as use of the subscription even though it deducts zero credits — including where the output is not downloaded, where you are dissatisfied with the result, and where the generation fails after provider processing has begun. Once any generation or other material subscription benefit has been used in a billing period, that period is not eligible for a voluntary refund, including for unused months, unused credits, later changes to Unlimited availability, slower queues, model changes, or provider unavailability. The subscription remains available until the end of the paid term unless suspended or terminated under these Terms.
A voluntary refund may be considered only where the request is received within 14 days of the applicable initial purchase or renewal and the account has not used that subscription period in any way. Use includes submitting any generation, consuming or reserving any credit, or using a subscription-only model, tool, feature, queue, export, or benefit.
If Kolbo reduces or ends an Unlimited offer during your paid term, for example because a provider withdraws a model or a stated access period closes, that is not grounds for a refund, credit, compensation, or early cancellation, and does not extend any other offer. Your subscription and credit-paid access continue unchanged for the remainder of the paid term.
Nothing in this section limits a mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or remedy right that cannot lawfully be waived under the law applicable to you.
11. AI output and service disclaimers
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, non-unique, non-protectable, or similar to content generated for others. Kolbo does not guarantee that an output will satisfy a prompt, be fit for a particular purpose, be original, or be legally protectable. The Service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, and Kolbo does not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent storage of inputs or outputs. Export and retain any outputs you wish to keep.
12. Contact
The contracting entity, governing law, and dispute-resolution process for these Supplemental Terms are those set out in the Terms of Service.
Questions about billing, credit treatment, eligibility, privacy, or an automated restriction — including a request for human review of one — go through Help & Support in the app, where the request is tracked against your account. You can also email [email protected]. Cancellation and account management remain available in your account billing settings.
