Does the credit hierarchy still work?

Yes — Whitelabel inherits the full org → divisions → spaces → codes hierarchy. Refundable codes, scoped admins, audit trail. Identical product behavior, fully branded.

What does the contract look like?

Annual licensing with usage-based credit pool sizing. Custom DPAs, regional hosting clauses, named support contacts, and SLAs are all standard for Whitelabel contracts.

Can we mix Standard and Whitelabel inside one company?

Yes — many customers use Whitelabel for one division and Standard for others. We can also migrate from Standard to Whitelabel without losing data.

How long does setup actually take?
