Sometimes you want to direct a video from your own footage. Sometimes you see a format you like and want a prepared starting point. Morphious Motion Transfer supports the first approach; Kolbo Trends brings ready recipes into the second. For eligible motion recipes, the guide provides a performance and you provide the requested appearance references.
Trends also includes image recipes. A photo effect and a motion video are different workflows, so start with the recipe's own instructions rather than assuming every card has the same controls.
Let the Recipe Define the Inputs
Open a trend and inspect what it asks for. Some recipes need a character, pet, product or location. A multi-person recipe may show separate slots for different people. Give each slot the reference that belongs to that role.
Where a person slot accepts several photos, you can provide up to three photos of the same person. Use those images to clarify one identity: a clear face, a helpful angle and a view that shows the intended appearance. Combining three different people in one slot makes the instruction ambiguous.
You can use a Visual DNA where the recipe supports it. For scenes with several people, keep their references distinct and check that each person is assigned to the intended slot.
Use a Preview to Answer One Question
Eligible motion video recipes offer a 4-second preview. Use it to answer a practical question: does this appearance reference work with this scene? Inspect face shape, movement, clothing and the relationship between the subject and the setting.
A preview is a separate paid generation. Review the displayed credit amount before starting it. Image recipes do not have the video 4-second preview workflow, and a short preview cannot reveal everything that happens in a longer video.
If the preview is unclear, improve the references before making the full take. A different angle or a cleaner image can be more useful than repeatedly running the same ambiguous input.
Watch Every Shot in the Full Result
A motion guide influences the performance, camera movement and timing. It does not guarantee an exact match. Watch the complete result, including transitions, turns, hands, brief facial changes and moments when people overlap.
In a multi-person scene, check who appears in each shot. A good opening does not establish that all later roles are correct. If the result will represent a brand or an identifiable person, give those identity details particular attention.
Eligible Standard videos may arrive as a 480p Draft with a Full Quality option to finalize at 1080p. Use the available controls for that result; this path does not apply to every recipe or output type.
When to Start from Your Own Footage
Use Trends when the prepared scene fits your idea. Use the direct Motion Transfer tool when you want to supply your own performance guide and make more of the creative decisions yourself.
Trends also offers own-video workflows such as Replace Character, Replace Background and Styles. Check the selected workflow's inputs and options before starting. Find saved work in My generations, reuse past inputs for another attempt and favorite recipes you want to revisit.
