A great performance already contains decisions: when a person turns, where the camera moves, how a gesture lands and how the scene builds. Kolbo Morphious brings that performance into an AI video workflow. Start with footage that has the movement you want, then use reference images to guide the appearance of the result.
Morphious offers three ways to work: Motion Transfer, Swap and Reframe. Each starts from a different creative question. Do you want to reuse a performance, change something inside the shot, or give the scene more room?
Motion Transfer: Start with a Performance
Motion Transfer uses a guide video for performance, camera movement and timing, with appearance references for the subject you want to create. Think of a dancer's turn, a presenter pointing at something or a character moving through a scene. The guide gives the generation a concrete sequence to work from.
Choose a guide whose movement already supports your idea. Then provide clear appearance references, describe the intended scene where requested and review the result. A simple shot with a visible subject is a useful first test. Complex occlusion, fast turns and several interacting people give you more details to inspect.

Swap: Change What Appears in the Shot
Swap is the place to explore replacing subjects, clothing, products or props inside existing footage. For a product concept, that might mean testing a different item in a familiar scene. For a character concept, it might mean changing who appears in the shot.
Describe a precise change and give the tool an appropriate reference. Review hands, contact points, edges and any moment when the changed object passes behind another object. Those details matter more than a convincing opening frame.
Reframe: Give the Scene a Different Canvas
Reframe extends the frame to explore another aspect ratio. It is useful when a shot needs a wider setting or a different composition for its intended placement. The added area is generated, so check it for continuity throughout playback, especially when the camera moves.
Keep the final destination in mind: a vertical social post and a landscape presentation may need different framing. Reframe gives you a way to explore that change from footage you already have.
Choose the Workflow, Then Review the Take
Morphious includes Standard and Lite options. Use the choices and input limits shown in the app for your current task. Styles are available on Standard for exploring the visual treatment of your footage.
For eligible Standard video outputs, a 480p Draft can be finalized at 1080p through Full Quality. Judge the draft's performance and composition before taking that step. Full Quality is a finishing workflow, not a promise that every pixel remains identical.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Morphious Motion Transfer use as input?
It uses a guide video for performance, camera movement and timing, alongside appearance references. Follow the input requirements displayed in the tool.
Which mode should I choose?
Choose Motion Transfer for a guided performance, Swap for changes to subjects or objects in existing footage, and Reframe for extending the frame.
Will the result match the guide exactly?
The guide directs the generation, but exact identity, camera behavior and frame matching are not guaranteed. Review the complete video before using it.
How much does a generation cost?
The app shows the applicable credit amount before generation. Prices depend on the selected workflow and settings, so use that quote when deciding what to make.
