Write the shot like a director

Seedance follows structure. State the total length, number of shots and aspect ratio, then the action, one camera move and what must stay stable. The prompt under the video above is a real example.

Build shots from your own references

In Elements, attach product photos, characters, locations, a reference clip or audio, and tag each one in the prompt by its number, so the model knows what every file is for.

Keep characters consistent

Seedance 2.5 generates up to 30 seconds per clip and accepts far more references in Elements: up to 30 images plus video and audio. Seedance 2.0 is limited to 15 seconds but offers resolutions up to 4K and multi-shot scenes.

Do I need a ByteDance account or an API key?

No. Seedance runs inside Kolbo.AI on your Kolbo account and credit balance. Developers who want Seedance in their own product can use the Kolbo developer API.
